Soulfa Shipping Policy

At Soulfa, we take pride in delivering each piece with the same care and precision that goes into crafting it. Every order is handled by our trusted partner, SEKO logistics, to ensure your Soulfa arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and ready for your home.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, if in stock. (If your Soulfa is not in stock, you'll receive a text with approximate ship date.) Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and a video confirmation of your Soulfa boxes sent directly via text message, so you can see exactly how your order left our facility.

Delivery & Shipping Options

  • $595 Flat-Rate Curbside Delivery: Includes professional transport by SEKO Logistics, our premium furniture delivery partner. This one man delivery is drop off only. They will not enter your home.

  • $895 Home Setup Service: Includes in-home placement, unboxing and trash removal by SEKO’s team. This two man delivery is encouraged if you want home setup service.

Once your order reaches your closest dispatch city, SEKO Logistics will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your Soulfa reaches you securely.

Delivery Window

Most Soulfa orders are delivered within 7–14 business days (depending on location and availability).

Tracking & Communication

You’ll receive:

  • A video of your actual boxes leaving our warehouse via text

  • A tracking email once your shipment is en route

  • A phone call from SEKO to confirm your delivery appointment

Additional Notes

  • We currently deliver within the United States.

  • Please inspect all boxes upon delivery. In the rare event of transit damage, contact us immediately so our team can assist you.
