Return Policy
We want you to love your Soulfa as much as we do. If for any reason it isn’t the perfect fit, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your experience remains smooth and stress-free.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once your return is approved, your Soulfa cubes must be picked up within 7-10 days of your return request and received at our warehouse within 6 weeks of your original delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Items returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the full cost of returning their Soulfa order to our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada (ZIP 89109).
The estimated cost of insured return shipping through our shipping partner ranges from $1,200 to $3,000, depending on your location within the USA. Customers may also arrange and use their own shipping provider if preferred.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We stand behind the quality of every Soulfa. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 hours if your Soulfa arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Text or WhatsApp three photos and a short video showing the issue to +1 (310) 880-1253. Our support team will review your case and make it right.
Photos submitted after the delivery date cannot be accepted for return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made Soulfa covers and throw blankets

All sale items, promo code purchases, Soulfa cubes sold during promotions, and gift cards — these are final sale.

EXCHANGES
Please email us at hello@soulfa.com for exchange requests. Exchange policy follows the same guidelines as our return policy above. Please review return policy above. Customer pays for all shipping incurred in exchange.
REFUND
Our team will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping charges. Please note, it can take 2-3 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process, and post the refund.
