It's a fact, that you will not receive better customer service from a company. As far as the Soulfa goes, it's so comfortable, and with 2 kids and 2 dogs, I'm amazed at how I've been able to keep it clean. If you are considering the RH (Restoration Hardware) Cloud, PLEASE do your research. You will not be sorry if you go with the Soulfa sectional.

About 2 years ago, my mother-in-law purchased a Soulfa, and swears by the comfort and aesthetic (not to mention that 2 years later, Soulfa looks and feels as good as new), so we were hooked. The kicker for us is that they construct all their products without the use of formaldehyde and harsh chemicals. Plus, the customer service experience is something that I have not experienced in the service industry in a while. All in all, a 5-star experience from product to service!

We purchased a 7-cube Cloud couch from Soulfa and are thoroughly impressed. We were hesitant, as they don't have a showroom. We took a chance, and it is hands down the most comfortable Cloud Couch we have ever sat on. One of the greatest parts is that you don't have to constantly fluff it. We love Soulfa so much, we purchased a second one!

I purchased a 7-cube white Soulfa 3 years ago, and I couldn't love it more! It holds up SO well despite pets and lots of guests, and I was crazy and got all white! But the quality is remarkable, so easy to clean, and it looks brand new. Amazing investment and great service.

Alrighty, this company is freaking amazing!!! This cloud couch was a very big decision for me because it is pricier, but when you compare it to the RH (Restoration Hardware) cloud couch, Soulfa is such a steal! I would recommend Soulfa 1000 times over, especially given the fact that it has washable covers. I couldn't be happier with the SOULFA and their team.

By far, the most comfortable sofa set I have ever sat in! The Vegan leather is super soft, and it looks absolutely gorgeous!! Customer Service is great. Delivery was smooth. All items arrived clean. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Worth every penny!
